    Free Shipping to Continental USA Customers

     If you are an International Buyer and are worried about shipping costs, please contact us directly.  We have ways to reduce the shipping costs as well as size of the box to save you money.

    For the majority of our orders we use Fed Ex Home Delivery. 

     

    By Placing an order with our company the customer agrees and understands that there may be delays in shipping thier unit.

  • Return Policy

  • We would like to work with our buyers for an appropriate return or swap out.   All return requests must be made via email to AmericanCopperWorks@gmail.com less than 30 days after recieving the product.  All attempts will be made to swap out or replace the product.  Money will be refunded only after TDN recieves the finished product in good, resellable condition.
